Circet Connection - Fiber optic connection management application

Circet Raccordement is a platform dedicated to managing telecom connection requests for Circet. The application allows for processing the entire workflow from the creation of requests (manually or by parsing emails) to their closure. The system integrates a statistical dashboard, a daily schedule with a drag-and-drop technician calendar, and a complete business process that goes through the states: new request, planned, installation successful, activation in progress, line activated, activation test, and closed. Technicians can manage customer and technical issues, upload validation photos, and track passage history. Developed with Laravel and Ajax for a fluid experience, this solution optimizes coordination between employees and field technicians.
